Mr. Salgare, learned counsel submits that the petitioner at present would only request this Court to direct respondent no.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner for time bound promotional pay scale. Though respondent no.4 is served, none appears for respondent no.4.

In case, application, dated 3.8.2017 filed by the petitioner (Exh. H page 58) is pending with

wp14973.17 respondent no.4, respondent no.4 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months. The petitioner shall bring this order to the notice of respondent no.4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
