Mr. Jadhav, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with online disability certificate showing disability to the extent of 34%. According to the petitioner, the disability is 60%. The remedy of review is provided in the certificate itself before the Deputy Director of Health Services, Latur. The petitioner has approached the Deputy Director of Health Services, Latur by filing a review, however, the same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, in case the said review is pending, then the authority will take

Considering the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the review application filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - F) on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
