Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The similarly situated co-accused Kailas Dadarao Hinge has been granted bail by this Court (Coram : R. V. Avachat, J.), in B.A.No.1159 of 2022 by order dated 25.08.2022. The applicant has been allegedly a member of plotting the conspiracy. In the light of granting bail to the similarly situated co-accused, the principle of parity would apply. Hence, the following order:- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Satish Kerba Kamble be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.79 of 2021, registered with Murud Police Station, Latur, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
