By the present writ petition, the petitioner challenges the ad-interim order passed by the School Tribunal, Latur, below Exh. 5 in Appeal No. 20/2022 dated 11.10.2022.

The purpose of the petition would be served if appeal itself is decided by the School Tribunal expeditiously. In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Latur is directed to decide the appeal as early as possible. The parties are directed to cooperate while deciding the appeal pending before the School Tribunal.
