Applicant seeks to condone delay of 384 days caused in filing the appeal. Perused the reasons in para. 2 to 5 of the application. Apparently, applicant is litigating for getting just compensation towards the acquired land. Financial difficulty prevented him from approaching this court within period of limitation. In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. In the result, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). Appeal be registered on removal of office objections.
