Heard. The civil application has been preferred for bringing the legal heirs of Petitioner no.1 on record and condonation of delay of 192 days caused in filing the civil application. Learned counsel for the Respondents vehemently opposed the said application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed. Amendment in the cause title, to implead the the legal heirs whose names have been enumerated in paragraph no.4 of the civil application be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The amended copy thereof to be served upon the Respondents.
