The grievance of the petitioners is that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners is forwarded by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to the Respondent No.2, however, the same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of

the petitioners (Exh.F - page 45) is pending with the Education Officer then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six

(6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
