I have heard the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

In identical set of facts, involving identically situated appellants and the same respondent / Management, this Court has delivered orders on 06/04/2015 in SA St.No.15312/2014 in the matter of David Ratan Salve Vs. The Manager, Tilaknagar Industries Ltd., and on 20/12/2017 in SA No.787/2017 in the matter of Ashok Namdeo Korde Vs. Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. The second appeals were dismissed and a short time was granted to the appellant to vacate the suit premises as like the other workers and handover the vacant possession to the respondent.

Considering the above, this second appeal is dismissed. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the appellant would vacate the premises within 2 months from today. As such, the appellant shall vacate the premises on or before 03/04/2018. 4.
Pending civil application does not survive and stands disposed of.
