Mr. Palodkar, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that, the petitioner has alternate remedy of filing departmental appeal, so also has remedy before the Labour Court.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. In case proceedings are taken
