Admittedly, the petitioner has applied to the District Collector, Beed raising the grievance which is the subject matter of the present Writ Petition. It appears that the Collector has not taken any decision as yet.

We direct the District Collector, Beed to decide the representation dated 17.11.2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 25th November, 2018 and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the State assures this Court that the copy of this order will be sent/communicated to the District Collector, Beed with fastest mode of communication so as to reach the same to him on or before 22nd November, 2018.
