The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by way of present writ petition the petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 5.4.2013, passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Dhule in Revision (ULP) No. 19 of 2012. The said Revision was preferred against the judgment and order dated 18.4.2012, passed by the Labour Court, Dhule in complaint (ULP) No. 18 of 2012. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the show cause notice and the charge sheet came to be withdrawn by the petitioners in view of order passed in writ petition No. 3126 of 2011 on 22.8.2013 and accordingly, the

wp8166.14 -2respondent is also communicated to that effect. The learned counsel further submits that it is learnt that even the respondent has withdrawn original proceeding filed before the Labour Court. 4.

In view of these submissions, nothing survives in this writ petition. The cause for filing instant writ petition has thus been rendered infructuous. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
