Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for want of caste validity certificate, the petitioner has to lose one whole academic year of the B.Pharma course, which he wanted to pursue after clearing 12th standard examination. Record indicates that the petitioner has filed the application for his caste validity certificate of "Koli Mahadev" caste with respondent No.2 on 11.11.2021.

In view thereof, respondent No.2 is directed to make an endeavour to decide application of the petitioner for caste validity within a period of six (6) months from the date of
