Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner pending since 21.09.2024 within a stipulated period.

Learned A.P.P. after waiving notice to the respondents file written instructions which are taken on record by marking Exhibit "A". It is stated that respondent No.2 would take about four weeks to decide the said appeal. The said letter Exhibit 'A' is taken as an undertaking.

3. We dispose of the Writ Petition by giving direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a
