Original plaintiff-respondent No. 1 in present second appeal by the defendants, moved an application seeking injunction against the appellants from creating third party interest in the suit property.

It is an admitted fact on record that the appellants have created third party interest in relation to some part of the suit property during pendency of the present proceedings.

In view of above, it will be appropriate to restrain the appellants from creating third party interest in the suit property. 4.

The appellants are restrained from creating third party interest in the suit property till final disposal of the appeal. 5.
