We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The affidavit is filed by the Tahsildar, Aurangabad. The affidavit clarifies that respondent No.3 has taken cognizance of the complaint filed by the petitioner and directed the Gram Sevak, Panchayat Samiti, Lad Sawangi and the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Aurangabad, to submit the spot inspection report. The report was submitted by the Block Development Officer. The D.O. letter was issued by respondent No.3 on 7th December 2019 directing the Block Development Officer, Aurangabad, to submit the

2 W.P. No. 14329/2019 spot inspection report expeditiously. On receipt of the report from the Block Development Officer i.e. the spot inspection report, the Tahsildar assured that the application filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondent No.3, as expeditiously as possible. 2.

In view of the affidavit filed, it is clear that the cognizance of the petitioner's complaint has been taken and process has been set in motion. The Tahsildar shall conclude as undertaken expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
