{2} wp13556.19.odt Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that validation proceedings in all these cases are pending with the Nandurbar Committee since 2014. Prior to that, the proceedings were pending with Nasik Committee since 2005. The vigilance report was submitted in the year 2005. The petitioners have also fled Say to the Vigilance Report. However, the validation proceedings are not yet decided.

We have heard learned AGP for the respondents. We cannot comprehend the situation wherein validation proceedings are pending for more than 14 years. The Committee shall take steps to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously.

The petitioners shall appear before the Respondent-Committee on 13.12.2019. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceedings expeditiously, preferably within four months.
