The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of petitioner is pending before the respondent-Committee since September 2018.

Respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13.12.2019.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
