Heard learned APP. Perused the impugned order. 2.

Taking into consideration the documents those were placed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, especially the Joint Venture Agreement which appears to have been executed between M/s. Ashoka Builders and Developers and Rajmal Lakhichand i.e. the informant and also the deed of assignment. The learned Additional Sessions Judge had come to the conclusion that the nature of dispute between the parties appears to be mainly civil in nature, so also note was taken regarding the pendency of the commercial civil suits pending before the Jalgaon Court, anticipatory bail of the respondents was granted. 3.

The said order appears to be fairly reasonable when there is proper application of mind. No necessity to issue notice to the respondents. Application stands rejected at the threshold. (SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI) JUDGE vjg/-.
