Heard Mr Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

The submission is, on account of non-removal of office objections, registration of the appeal was refused. He submitted that due to bona fide mistake, namely, the Counsel failed to mark the matter, the objections could not be removed within a stipulated period. It is then submitted by Mr Singh that if time is granted, he will remove office objections within a period of one week from today.

Accepting the aforesaid statement of learned Counsel for the applicant as an undertaking to this Court, the present application is allowed by setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.) and further restoring the appeal to its file, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of one week from today.
