The learned Counsel Mr Yeramwar for the petitioner fairly submitted before this Court that post issuance of notice by this Court, the respondent - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar validated the claim of the petitioner and the petitioner is in receipt of validity certificate. As such, the order of this Court is duly complied with. Learned Counsel then submitted that the grievance of petitioner is no more survive.
