Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of the order passed by the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.3613/2022 with connected Writ Petitions on 05.01.2023 and pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.16918/2022 in Writ Petition No.10589/2022 on 09.01.2023, this petition may be disposed of, with a leave to the petitioner to take appropriate steps and resort to appropriate remedies in tune with prayer clause [E], which reads as under:- "[E] Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, thereby directing the respondents to apply the amendment to the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963 in view of Maharashtra Ordinance No.XI of 2022 dated 22.11.2022 prospectively without disturbing the present election program already in progress and for that purpose issue necessary orders."
