The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the sale deed dated 14.4.1998 executed by the petitioner in favour of respondent, mutation entry No. 1012 is already sanctioned on 20.5.2005, however, the petitioner is not sure whether the same is taken on record or not.

The respondent has applied for fresh mutation entry in pursuance of sale deed dated 15.4.1998 along with the application for condonation of delay. The delay stands condoned. Appeal is also dismissed. However, the petitioner's revision application challenging the delay condonation order is pending before the appropriate authority. During the pendency of the revision challenging the order of the appellate authority interalia application filed to stay the order of the appellate authority, however, such application is rejected which is challenged in the present writ petition. 3.

Considering the fact that the mutation entry spring s from the sale deed made by the petitioner in favour of the respondent, this court would not interfere with the interim orders passed by the revisional authority.

WP 13763/25 However, the petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of the revisional authority as regards mutation entry No. 1012 sanctioned on 20.5.2005, so also seek expeditious disposal of the revision before the authority concerned.
