We have heard leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent so also learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner is challenging the sale deed and the covenants in the sale deed with regard to the compensation so also about the nature of the land.

The fact that, the sale deed is executed is not disputed.

If the petitioner wants to get the sale deed set aside or wants to contend that some of the terms of the sale deed are incorrect, it is for the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Civil Court as may be permissible under the law.
