We have carefully perused the reply filed by the Respondents. The Respondent Authorities have already cancelled the licence issued in favour of Respondent No.1 for running the Sports Club at village Naigaon(D), Tq. Dharmabad, Dist. Nanded, as per the order dated 25th January, 2016 passed by the District Collector, Nanded. The licence is cancelled after due enquiry.

43.16PIL Offences are also registered against Respondent No.1. In that view of the matter, prayer clauses `C' to `E' in the Petition stand satisfied. There is no other main prayer in the Petition.

In that view of the matter, the P.I.L. stands disposed of.
