This writ petition can be disposed of by giving directions to respondent no.3 with whom, it appears that representations were given on 21.07.2017 as well as on 07.09.2017. A statement has been made that still those representations are pending. On telephonic instructions, learned Advocate for the respondent No.3 submits that those representations can be decided within a period of eight weeks. 3.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the said representations within a period of eight weeks from today.
