It is seen that the appeal as against respondent no.2 came to be dismissed in default as no steps were taken to serve respondent no.2. 3.

Shri Bhokarikar, the learned Counsel appearing for applicants prays for setting aside the said order.

The prayer in the present Civil Application is to permit service on respondent no.2 through paper publication. However, that can

Hence order of dismissal of the appeal as against respondent no.2 is set aside on condition that the appellants should take effective steps to serve respondent no.2 through the Court process as well as Registered Post (A.D.) simultaneously.
