Heard Mr. S.N.Patne, learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge rejecting the application filed by the petitioner praying for condonation of delay of 11 months in filing Revision Application.

By the Revision Application, the petitioner sought to challenge the order passed by the Magistrate directing him to pay maintenance to his minor daughter. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has recorded that the petitioner has not pleaded about the alleged illness and has not placed on record any medical certificate or any other document to support his contention that he was suffering from illness during the period of 11 months and, therefore, he could not file Revision Application earlier. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has recorded that the petitioner has not paid any amount towards maintenance to his minor daughter.

I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.

Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
