The Applicant/ original Respondent prays for listing Second Appeal No.196/2007 for final hearing, out of turn. I have perused the earlier orders passed by this Court for listing the Second Appeal which was earlier dismissed in default and then restored. However, the Second Appeals from 1991-1992 onwards are pending final hearing.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed and Second Appeal No.196/2007 be listed for final hearing in the Weekly Final Hearing Board commencing from 08.10.2018.
