Briefly stated, grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of their caveat, interim relief came to be granted by respondent no. 1 in the absence of an opportunity to the petitioners on 1308-2014 on stay application in revision application No. 150/J7/2014 and that the matter is still pending, and so is the case in respect of interim relief application.

In view of aforesaid, situation can be met with by directing respondent no. 1 to decide interim relief application as early as possible, and desirably the main proceedings also expeditiously. 3.

In the circumstances, respondent no. 1 to take up the hearing of interim relief application and may be even main

WP-867.15 proceedings and dispose of the same expeditiously. If it is not possible to decide main proceedings early, respondent no. 1 shall pass appropriate orders on the interim relief application after hearing the parties expeditiously.
