The Applicants/Petitioners, in deference to the order dated 14th July, 2023 passed by this Court, have filed this Civil Application for bringing on record the 274 selected candidates, who have been appointed and are presently working. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Respondents submits that this Civil Application cannot be opposed as there is an order of this Court.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Addition of the parties along with the addition of two paragraphs as proposed, shall be carried out within 4 weeks. A freshly typed amended copy of the Writ Petition be placed on record, on or before the same date.

ORDER IN THE WRIT PETITION 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners would convince us, as to whether this Petition would lie, either before the Central Administrative Tribunal or the Central Government Industrial Tribunal.
