This application is filed by the claimants for bringing legal heirs of deceased applicant No. 2 namely Baban who died during the pendency of the proceedings. The application is therefore filed for bringing his legal heirs on record who are shown as 2-1 to 2-3 in the application in the title clause and also in paragraph No. 6. There is delay of 1953 days caused in filing the application.
