The learned Advocate for the Respondent/ husband submits that this application can be disposed of since the Respondent/ husband desires to withdraw HMP No.930/2014, which he has instituted before the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Pune. Hence, the prayer of the Applicant/ wife to transfer the proceedings to Beed is rendered infructuous.

It is further stated that the Respondent/ husband has in fact tendered an application before the Court at Pune for withdrawal of the proceedings. However, the same is pending owing to the pendency of this application.

Considering the above and by recording the statement made
