Learned AGP, after waving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4, upon instructions from respondent No.1 makes a statement that the said Revision would be decided within a period of six weeks.

It is to be noted that the Revision is pending since 7th July 2021 and therefore, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the said Revision within a period of FOUR MONTHS from today.
