1] Mr. Jadhav learned counsel submits that the petitioner is not paid salary for 21 days. Even representation is made with the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad. However, no decision is taken on it. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that in case said representation is pending, respondent No.2 would take decision upon it, as per law. 2] In case the representation filed by the petitioner (Exhibit A - page 10) is pending with the respondent No.2, then, respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four moths.
