The learned AGP submits that the against the impugned order the revision is maintainable under section 9 of the Money Lending Act before the Registrar General.

In view of the submissions made, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority to challenge the impugned order.

The learned counsel submits that the time spent in prosecution the present petition be

2 907 excluded in computing the period of limitation in approaching the Registrar.

The learned counsel is at liberty to make such an application to the concerned authority. The authority to decide it in accordance with law, taking into consideration section 14 of the Indian Limitation Act. The petitioners are also at liberty to apply for interim relief and the same be decided in accordance with law.
