Since the parties have settled the matter, they had filed compromise pursis yesterday duly signed by them. Accordingly, Registrar (Judicial) of this court was directed to verify the contents of said compromise pursis and to submit report. Accordingly, the Registrar (Judicial) of this court verified the contents and forwarded report dated 23/01/2023 mentioning that parties have voluntarily entered into compromise and admitted the contents. for identification and the same is accepted.
