The petitioner undertakes to tender a fresh application, seeking permission to excavate the sand accumulated in his land to the Collector, through proper channel after removing the deficiencies recorded in the communication dated 16-06-2017. 2.

The petitioner shall be permitted to remove the deficiencies. The application that would be tendered by the petitioner, shall also be accepted. The respondents shall process the application that would be tendered by the petitioner within the period prescribed under the Government Policy dated 14-06-2017 i.e. 30 days from the date of

2 WP 14080-2017 receipt of the application. If the petitioner complies with the requirement, the respondent authorities may issue challan for enabling him to deposit the amount.
