Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the amount as detailed in prayer clause "A" of the application. 3.

In view of the above statement, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount as stated in prayer clause "A" alongwith the accrued interest, if any. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
