The applicant is seeking temporary bail in Crime No.620 of 2025 registered with Nanded Rural Police Station, Taluka and District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(3), 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4(25) and 4(27) of the Indian Arms Act, in Sessions Case No.214 of 2024 pending before the Sessions Court, Nanded.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent. Perused the record made available. 3.
The applicant's request for temporary bail was considered and acceded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded taking into account the ailment of the father of the applicant vide
order dated 29.09.2025 for a period of one week which was further extended by the orders dated 08.10.2025 and 17.10.2025. On expiry of the same, further extension of time was sought, however, the same is rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. As such, the applicant is before this Court.

The learned A.P.P. opposed the application and submitted that already temporary bail was granted for a considerable period of time. As such, further request for extension does not warrant consideration by this Court.

Perusal of the documents placed on record indicates that the father of the applicant is suffering from coronary heart disease and is undergoing the medical treatment for the same. Except the old aged mother, no one is there look after the ailing father. Thus, considering the exceptional circumstances and the critical medical condition of the father of the applicant, the temporary bail needs to be extended to the applicant. Hence, the following order:-
ORDER
(i) Applicant Rehman Ayub Pathan be released on temporary bail for the period of three weeks from the date of his release, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.620 of 2025 registered with Nanded Rural Police Station, Taluka and District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections
103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(3), 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4(25) and 4(27) of the Indian Arms Act on the conditions that, (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) The applicant shall report the concerned police station everyday, at about 5.30 p.m.
(ii) The applicant is directed to surrender himself before the concerned Prison authority, after expiry of three weeks from the date of his release.
(iii) Needless to say, in case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the bail granted to the applicant shall be liable to be cancelled.
(iv) With aforesaid directions, the bail application stands disposed of.
