PER COURT :- ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.86/2023 IN 32907/2022 :- 1.

By this application, the appellant seeks to condone the delay of 89 days caused in filing the appeal.

Mr. Patil, learned advocate invites attention of this court to the pleadings in his application, by which, he explains the delay. 3.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents/claimants opposed the application.

However, considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph no.3 to 5 of the application, the delay of 89 days is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. 5.

Appeal be registered.

Mr. Patil, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the entire amount as per the award of the Tribunal is deposited with the Registry of this Court.
