1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that it seems from the office remarks that respondent no.6 is reported to be dead. Respondent no.6 is the driver, hence, respondent no.6 be deleted as party respondent no.6 from Civil Application as well as First Appeal.

3] Respondent no.6 shall be deleted from the Civil Application as well as First Appeal.

255.16CA 4] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 75 days for filing first appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.
