Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. 2.

It appears that Clause No. 2 imposed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, in the order dated 08/07/2024, passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.52/2024, is not required.

On the condition that the applicant shall provide his detailed address and mobile number to the Investigating OfÏcer and the Trial Court, and further on the condition that he shall not change his mobile number until the final decision of the trial before the Sessions Court, Clause No. 2 imposed on the applicant/accused is deleted. 4.

Needless to say, in case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the bail order would be liable to be cancelled. Application is disposed of.
