ORDER

(22nd March, 2025) 1.

This claim is for enhancement of compensation by the claimants. 2.

Parties have settled the dispute. Terms of settlement indicate that over and above the amount of compensation determined by the Tribunal. Claimants would receive sum of Rs. 6,00,000/-. Claimants are present before the Panel along with their advocate. They confirm their signatures on the terms of settlement. It is further confirmed that the settlement is arrived at voluntarily.

Having regard to the facts of the case, settlement is reasonable and 120-CA-2739-2018.odt

hence, deserves to be accepted. The terms of settlement are marked as "X" for identification. Learned counsel for respondents/insurers undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- before this Court within a period of 6 weeks. 4.

In view of this, claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest in accordance with award passed by the Tribunal.

In view of this, appeals stand disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 7.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 8.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 9.

No order as to costs.
