A limited prayer in the petition is to direct Respondent No.2Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within stipulated period as the petitioner is pursuing his studies and he would require such certificate.

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner which is pending with it within a period of six

(6) weeks from today.
