This petition is directed against an interim order passed by the learned Member, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 25.09.2025, thereby refusing to grant interim relief in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is transferred from Crime Branch, Chh. Sambhajinagar to City Chowk Police Station, Chh. Sambhajinagar. Learned Member by a speaking order has refused to grant interim relief. 02.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the interim order. This petition can be conveniently disposed off by issuing appropriate directions. Learned Member, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is requested to dispose off the original application as early as possible and preferably before 31.01.2026.
