The applicants, mother-in-law and father-in-law, are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 412 of 2015 registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 500, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered on 25/09/2015.

Perused the F.I.R. The family members of applicants are falsely implicated as an accused. So far as applicant No.1 is concerned, the attributions are that she alongwith main accused have assaulted the sister of the complainant. So far as applicant No.2 father-in-law is concerned, there is no role attributed to him. 3.
The investigation papers do not depict any injury to the sister of the complainant.

In my opinion, looking to the nature of allegations in the F.I.R. and and the fact that all the family members of the applicants are implicated as an accused, it will be appropriate, to allow the application. As such, the applications stands allowed. Hence, following order.
In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, in Crime No. 412 of 2015 registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 500, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station every day on 22nd and 23rd January, 2016 in between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon and thereafter
