Learned counsel for the appellant/appellant submits that this appeal was presented in the year 2011 challenging the order of no fault liability. During pendency of appeal, the main claim petition has been decided. The appeal preferred against judgment and order passed by the Tribunal also decided by this Court. In this background, learned counsel submits that the present appeal has become infrutuous in view of subsequent developments. Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
