The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 93 of 2015 registered at Taluka Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353 and 379 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation in the matter is complete and charge sheet is already filed. He would then urge that the applicant is arrested in the crime on 14/07/2015 and since then he is behind the bar.

It is also reported that the vehicle, which is involved in the crime, is already released.

Looking to the nature of allegations and punishment prescribed for the offence punishable under Section 353 of Indian Penal Code, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicant. Hence, the following order:- The applicant be released on regular bail, in connection with Crime No.93 of 2015 registered with Taluka Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353 and 379 of Indian Penal Code, on executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. If it is noticed that the applicant is involved in similar type of crime again, the prosecution will be at liberty to apply for cancellation of bail.
