The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that this Petition can be disposed off in the light of Paragraph No. 10 of the affidavit in reply dated 13.06.2023 filed by Balaji Bhimrao Pupalwad on behalf of Respondent nos. 2 and 3. Paragraph 10 reads as under: "10. I say and submit that, as now the measurement report and measurement map has been received by the present authorities. The present authority would take appropriate action in a matter for handing over the possession of 450 sqr. mtrs. of area of the Survey No. 39, after following due process of law."

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the exercise undertaken, in view of the above, to be completed within 120 days.
