The application for issuance of tribe certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe is rejected. The appeal filed against the same is dismissed.

Aggrieved thereby, the present petition.

The only reason on which the

2 W.P.No.13211/17 application of the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is rejected is that the petitioner has failed to produce pre 1951 documents.

We have gone through the orders. The father of the petitioner has been issued with the tribe certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe. The School record of the father of the petitioner and that of the petitioner depicts caste recorded as Mannervarlu. It is stated that the cousin paternal uncle of the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe.

Considering the fact that the School record of the petitioner, his father records caste as Mannervarlu. Even the father has been issued with the tribe certificate of Mannervarlu, we pass the following order :- (a) The impugned orders are quashed and set aside. The Respondent No.2 shall issue tribe certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe

3 W.P.No.13211/17 within a period of one month which certificate certainly will have to undergo verification by the Committee.

(b) The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed. No costs.
